Stress Buster Workshop (open to all)

This workshop is geared toward teaching you skills to combat the negative effects of stress. Daily stress can take its toll on both your mind and body. It can effect your mood, health, weight and sleeping habits. In this workshop you will learn breathing skills to calm the mind and body. Learn simple yoga movements that will balance and revitalize your energy. You will also be guided through meditations that will enhance the power of your mind. For your comfort zero gravity chairs will be provided for each participant.
This workshop will be conducted in five consecutive sessions. We will meet every Wednesday from 7pm to 8:15pm.
October 15, Session 1: Becoming a positive thinker
October 22, Session 2: The power of guided imagery and meditation
October 29, Session 3: Improve eating habits
November 5, Session 4: Improve sleep
November 12, Session 5: Preparing ahead for the holidays
